Turning failure into feedback

How shifting our idea of success can shape the way we navigate triumphs and setbacks
6

In this latest solo episode, we’re delving into a universal experience—failure.

  • Embracing setbacks as opportunities for reflection

  • Taking risks and respecting the effort, no matter the result

  • Acknowledging the possibility of failure to minimise its impact

  • Recognising how failure and success can coexist

  • Staying flexible and allowing for adaptation
