Leaning into what truly matters is like a muscle I have to train and retrain. I find it incredibly hard to make time and space for myself, but I know the freedom that comes from being intentional makes a huge difference to how I think and feel. If only it were easier, right?! 💛

You are so right. It is definitely not easy to make any time for yourself. When I am not in the throes of full on mothering mode, I am drawn to creating/writing/doing in some way which I love but it also leaves very little room for necessary downtime. Intention is absolutely so powerful and makes such a difference xx
