I love this insight into your creative world Sarah and it's a very helpful framework. I also like the idea of giving things space to emerge. Sometimes I am toooo keen to crack on with something before it's fully formed. It's interesting what you say about speaking things into existence as well. I do tend to share with people in my close circle, but some of the really big things I keep to myself.
I also like to dive in (especially with design...sometimes I just can’t help myself) so space is vital. Helps me find clarity.
With sharing, I find that those closest to me don’t always understand what I do, so the online community acts as a kind of bolster. Appreciate it’s important to keep some things sacred though, especially those of a personal nature!
I’m kind of liking being at the intersection of design, mentoring and writing but sometimes it’s hard to articulate what that looks like, especially since I seem to be constantly exploring ideas!
I had been saving this read for a time when I had time, and it was. This is so lovely, and I love how you share that it started at 4am. I am so looking forward to seeing this develop <3
This is such a beautiful share and I love this insight into the creative process! I am so excited about your cards, I’m a bit of a card addict! Thank you for giving us this look into your heart work, can’t wait to see it all unfold for you xx
Thank you so much, Lauren! I wondered if this post might be a bit much given the level of detail. Maybe a little overwhelming for those who haven’t explored strategy before? But I hope it’s helpful for anyone who’s interested, and I’m glad I rolled with it as otherwise I’d have been missing out vital parts of my process! Parts I really enjoy too 💛
Oh such interesting projects Sarah! A card deck and a journal! 🥰 Finding the right paper is such a process of its own, but once you find is its magical!
Ahh have you published something, Monique? I’ve worked on a lot of print projects but never a card deck or paper. In an interesting turn of events, I’m actually working on a card deck for a client too!
I loved reading this Sarah, it is the most beautifully clear yet moveable framework, so helpful and so inspiring. With most of my PR work in print media, I LOVE the sound of your paper, I absolutely agree that there is nothing like the magical tactility of paper, I look forward to seeing it evolve xx
Such kind words, thank you! I’m glad you found my approach to strategy clear, and that you’re interested in the paper. I’m excited to see it all take shape over the coming months 💫

Thanks, Louise.

Absolutely, I find it difficult to explain what I do, even I have trouble knowing sometimes! 😂
Right here with you 😆

I have recently published a children’s book. ☺️
Wow! That’s amazing. You’ll have to share a link of more details 🤩

Oh congratulations! This is massive. A collaborative effort with family too? And just a couple of days until your release 😍
