Oh, how wonderful are your words. I am very much looking forward to this corner. I can hear your voice as I read it and it’s a tonic. So very meaningful🧡
Ahh that’s lovely! Someone said the same thing in an email reply this week and it made my heart very happy. I just hope my voice is less annoying than it sounds in my own head 😆💛
A few friends from Holland and Sweden learned English at international schools and have a similar accent actually! So I can see why people might ask that…
This was such a beautifully read but the memoir piece at the end especially. I’m really looking forward to following along from afar and seeing how this journey unfolds — thank you for sharing it with such openness and care.
Sarah this is absolutely beautiful! Please keep writing because I’ll keep reading. It’s so exciting so hear you’re working on proposals, and thanks for taking us along on the journey ❤️
beautifully written. i never managed to write as a young mother.. paint yes but writing seemed so difficult back then. i would love to read more.
That’s so kind, thank you. With little ones at 10 and 2 it’s not easy, but there’s a spark there that I’m hoping to keep kindling.
Big age gaps are tricky in their own unique way!
Thanks for sharing this beautiful piece. Your style and sentences flow perfectly.
That’s really kind of you to say, Miranda. I spent a lot of time polishing this up but sometimes wonder if it needs quite so much shine!
How beautiful! I can’t wait to read more 💛
Appreciate that, Kay. Sharing this writing is like training an altogether different kind of muscle ☺️
Such a beautiful piece Sarah, thanks for sharing!
Thanks for reading, Holly. It means a lot!
Thank you for sharing your piece, Sarah. It was lovely to read it a second time.
Thanks for the opportunity, Lily. I’ve submitted a few pieces since so the experience has really helped to rip that sticking plaster off!
So looking forward to this! Love the name, too ;)
Glad I managed to settle on one 😄

Now that did NOT cross my mind when we spoke 🤣💛
