I’m not quite ready to hibernate but Lindsay this is such a generous and reflective piece: I LOVE your writing. Sarah you are so generous with the way you share your space x x
Ah thank YOU, I am glad you enjoyed reading it Laura. And yes I am so grateful to Sarah and her beautiful series for encouraging us to take up space with our words that hopefully nourish and nurture xx
Really enjoyed this post Lyndsay and Sarah, I find it fascinating learning out more about the seasons, and working with that energy . I loved this quote:
"This is a time where we can create a soft glow of connection in the darkness, and ignite ideas for the lighter months ahead."
I'm looking forward to re-reading this post and thinking about what this season is bringing up for me.
Thank you for reading Jenna. Ah yes I like the thought of quiet and meaningful connections in the darker months. So pleased you found it a useful read!
I love to live and work in a more seasonal way, though it took moving against my own rhythm to learn that. It aligns with the seasons in my business too. Winter is always a bit quieter so there’s always space - even if it’s just a tiny bit - to go inward 💫
Really resonating with these invitations, Sarah and Lyndsay. Especially the yin/yang in each of them. The sense of balance when we look at both sides together. Yes, it can be a season where hibernation from the world feels essential, but that also can mean gathering together with the people we love in intimate and cosy surroundings. Thanks, friends!
I think I often feel a bit “eek!” at this time of year because gatherings often equal shenanigans and I don’t have the same energy I once did! I still like to have fun, of course! But I’m welcoming the idea that our gatherings can be a bit more relaxed in nature 😀
Thank you for reading Lindsay. Yesss, I’m finding the fullness and multiple truths in everything these days. Cosy hibernation but also quiet connection required..! And although I am very much a homebody, the idea of intentional gatherings in these dark days also warms me xx
Oh this is what I needed today, I am already tapping into this winter magic, bit by bit, I can feel it giving me exactly what I need. Gorgeous and calming read, made me smile on the bus. ✨
Right? Lyndsay has a lovely way of framing the shift in seasons and my decision to let go of productivity suddenly feels a whole lot lighter. I’m looking forward to creating and playing without the pressure to finish 💫
Adore this! Adore both of you. Feeling all of this and feel excited for this season of magic! X
Ditto ✨ got to lean into the magic where we can 💫
Yes!!! I’m here for the magic! X
Thank you L! So glad you felt it and yes so here for the magic that lies ahead xx

I have zero energy for shenanigans at the mo! Here's to quiet fun!

Glad it raised a smile 😊
Ohh I love this co-creation and the invite to hibernate feels very much where I'm at right now too. x
Thank you for reading Carmen and yes I can definitely feel the shift inward deepening as it gets colder and darker xx
So many of us are ready to cosy up with our ideas. I really am sensing a need to go inwards after being ‘on’ so much lately ✨
Oh this is so poignant and beautiful. The invitation I needed today. ✨
